Europe Social respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the EU Copyright Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/790) and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant notifies us of legal action.

Repeat Infringers

Europe Social will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.

AT Protocol Federation

Europe Social is part of the AT Protocol network. Copyright claims regarding content hosted on other AT Protocol services should be directed to those services. We can only act on content hosted on or served through Europe Social's infrastructure.
